CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. 

Incase of doubts for any designs that can or cannot be made into stamps, we are available on WhatsApp chat 9021110909 to assist you prior to placing an order through our online store. 

For any changes required in the design or size for your order, you may WhatsApp us on 9021110909 within 1 hour of placing the order. Our team will review the same and respond within 24-48 working hours. Changes requested after this timeline will be chargeable.

 

REFUNDS

We do not provide refunds for items with design related issues or size changes. For doubts, please consult with us prior to placing the order via whatsapp chat.

A store credit will be provided after you receive a confirmation from our team. Store credits last for up to 1 year from its assigned date.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We do not provide returns or exchanges for orders due to the custom nature of the product. 

If you received a damaged or wrong product, kindly reach out to us via email on konecessity@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving the order. Our team will respond in 24-48 hours for the same.

Once confirmed, the replacement product will be dispatched in 3-4 business days and delivered in 5-8 working days considering the custom nature for each item.
